Join YTX Austin for our YoStrong Teacher Training led by Diana Wilcox, Ryan Adams, and JP Dillow!
You will have access to learn to teach both our high-intensity fusion classes which incorporate breath, flow, and hand weights for a full-body workout. Training is an incredible opportunity to get out of your comfort zone as you learn to lead. However, it isn't just for those who want to teach; it can be used as a support tool for finding your voice, growing your edge, and supporting your own YoStrong & THAW Practice.

You will learn the foundations of the YoStrong & THAW practices, the elements that make each class powerful and unique, how to intensify and modify yoga postures and strength training moves to meet your students' needs and your own and how to share this potent practice with others.
Recommended at least 6 months of consistent yoga practice.

I’m not sure whether I want to teach - is Teacher Training right for me?
Absolutely. Teacher Training is an amazing experience to transform your personal practice and to deepen your knowledge of yoga and of yourself.
Can I enroll in YoStrong Teacher Training if I am not 200 Hour Certified?
YES! There is no certification required to participate in YoStrong Teacher Training.
Is YoStrong a Yoga Alliance Certified program?
No. YTX Austin is a Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance, however, this program is not YA certified. To teach YoStrong (at YTX Austin) you must also have your 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification + this training.
Can I teach at YTX after I complete the training?
Completion of the training does not ensure teaching eligibility at YTX. YTX does teaching auditions on an as needed basis throughout the year and requires a 200 certification in addition to YoStrong training as part of the requirements for eligibility.
