If so, join Gioconda Parker, Camila Matos & Sam Johnson for this weekend-long Foundations of Yin. You will learn a series of Yin Yoga poses and their modifications so you can teach to a wide range of students. You will learn how to combine them in sequences that are powerful and effective. You will learn techniques to assist and support your students and help them move deeper into their own experiences.
20 Hours of Yoga Alliance CEU’s can be earned by completing this program and the online course-work that supports it.
